EnergiDataPortal intends to embrace all Energinet’s initiatives that deal with open data, whether it be display, use or inspiration.
Energinet generate and harvest large amounts of energy data and through the EnergiDataPortal this data is made available. EnergiDataPortal is one common access portal where Energinet’s open data is displayed either as raw data, in the form of EnergiDataService, or in user-friendly views, where visualizations allow user-friendly access to data.
EnergiDataPortal is a free and open data portal. Here, anyone can get data about the Danish energy system such as CO2 emissions and consumption and production data.
Whether you are a consumer, entrepreneur, researcher or company, EnergiDataPortal provides data to gain a better understanding of the Danish energy system and develop new services to benefit society in general and the green transition.
EnergiDataPortal is developed and run by Energinet. Energinet owns and develop the Danish electricity and gas grids to integrate more renewable energy, maintain the security of supply and guarantee equal market access to the grids.
